1. Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations under the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders

If your order has not been paid for, you may cancel it yourself or contact hypenest0016@gmail.com for assistance.

Paid Orders

  • Orders can be canceled within 3 working days of placement for a full refund.

  • Orders may also be canceled within 48 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within 7–14 working days following placement.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day replacement/refund warranty from the date of purchase.

Additionally, returns and exchanges are accepted within 180 days of purchase. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be processed.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

βœ” It must be properly packed in its original packaging.
