Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at pupjoy70@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, customized or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, sale items, and gift cards.

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. For assistance, contact pupjoy70@gmail.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at pupjoy70@gmail.com.
